It’s that time of year when Valentine’s is only a few weeks away, the wedding season is just on the horizon, and what perfect timing for Jelly Belly to launch their Sparkling Wine Jelly Belly jelly beans!
Did you know that Jelly Belly started making their jelly beans in 1976? I remember seeing them in films and on tv when I was growing up, wishing that I could try the cool looking jelly beans! My friends and I, were so excited when we could finally buy them locally and shared a packet of what seemed to be the most exotic flavoured Jelly Belly jelly beans we had ever tasted!
So, let’s fast forward to today and try Jelly Belly’s newest flavour; Sparkling Wine! What’s important to say here, is it’s non-alcoholic and comes in a 42g petite bubbly bottle – perfect for party favours, especially wedding favours and baby showers too, so even the mum-to-be can enjoy a mini bottle of bubbly!
I am a magpie for all things shimmery, sparkly and ahem sweet! These Jelly Belly jelly beans certainly look lovely especially with their pale gold tone and iridescent finish, but do they taste as good as they look? Jelly Belly promise they will have all the flavour of a glass of bubbly, the Jelly Belly jelly beans are a unique taste you can really taste the sweet grapes and hints of Sparkling Wine. The jelly beans themselves are gorgeously shimmery and would look amazing as a wedding favour and would certainly go with most colour themes!
You can purchase Jelly Belly Sparkling Wine from Jelly Belly either in individual 42g bottles, cases of 24 x 42g bottles or a 500g Gift Pail (ideal for those wanting to make their own favours!)
